Meh, I've had better. After trying out breakfast and lunch here I've come to the conclusion that in spite of a cute interior and what sounds like a pretty decent menu the food here is mediocre. The food is bland and practically tasteless. Coffee is just ok but each time I've gotten an iced latte they never fill up my cup leaving about 2 inches of space. Not to mention their medium is the same size as a Nordstrom E-bar small. For about the same price. My breakfast sandwich was perhaps the most disappointing of all. Lack of flavor plus whimsy bread equals a boring sandwich that is falling apart. Such a bummer!

This is my favorite homework spot- come here about once a week when classes are in session. Not a super expansive menu, but pretty typical for a chain bakery/café. The fruit and yogurt parfait is amazing, coffee is fresh, service is attentive and friendly. There's a lot of traffic coming in the front door as it shares an entrance with Maggiano's, so if you're going when its cold out, try to stay away from the row of booths along the front of the café- it gets cold! Parking can be difficult if you come during lunch/dinner when Maggiano's is open but there are six spots near the door that are reserved for Corner Bakery customers so check those first. Also, if you're looking for the bathroom, you have to go into Maggiano's and all the way up the staircase. (There's an elevator if you need it.)

Don't come here very often, but not a bad spot for lunch if you are looking for something pretty quick with decent food. On my last visit, went with the combo and got the DC Chicken Salad Sandwich and the mac-and-cheese. Both were good, but the chicken salad was a little more soupy than I typically like, and the same could be said with the mac-and-cheese as well. Finished off the meal with one of their lemon bars, which was simply delicious, but definitely sweet! After standing in line and ordering, you find your table and your food is brought out to you, usually within just a few minutes. Typically there is sufficient seating and the condiment area was clean and tidy. All in all, not a bad place to hit up for lunch.

I went to college around the area, so I loved Corner Bakery. I would always get the Cobb Salad, so I returned to reminisce. Unfortunately, either my taste buds changed or their chefs got bad. It is a mediocre spot, similar to Panera and Cosi.

Just OK, but wouldn't go back. I usually never come here, but came here the other day for a quick lunch. I ordered a large wonton salad for $8.99. My husband got a turkey panini for $7.99. The turkey panini wasn't worth it at all. Hell, I make better sandwiches at home! A few slices of turkey, some cheese, a tomato and that was about it. You get a bag of chips with it and a pickle that looks like it's been sitting in their fridge forever. For only $1 more I had a large bowl with a tasty salad. I was actually pretty happy with it and felt I had a healthy lunch. There was plenty of chicken in it. The girl at the counter wasn't particularly friendly. She looked bored and spoke very softly, so I wasn't sure what she saying half the time. The cafe was extremely cold when I came here. For the price we paid and for what we got, I'd rather go to a diner. My husband could've even got a better sandwich at Wawa.

Delicious sandwiches and salads. Our company orders lunches from here for meetings and it's very tasty. You usually get a sandwich variety tray, a salad- pasta salad is awesome, and a dessert tray. People love the catering. Love the sandwiches as well but am slightly scared of the calorie counts.

I love corner bakery and the ingredients used in their food. I choose them over panera for pretty much anything. The only good thing panera has is the cheddar broccoli soup the one at corner bakery is good but missing a certain something that panera has. Overall there is no competition and I prefer corner bakery. They bring you your meal right at your table and you don't have to handle the clean up. This is definitely the place to grab a quick lunch or bite to eat. I recently ordered the loaded baked potato soup, simply delicious!

This place is decent for being a chain and quick service. I usually get a soup and sandwich combo for around $9. It's a good place if you are looking for something quick and healthy.

Food is pretty good here, but the service is not so good. The staff seemed a little surly. When you asked them questions, they made an annoyed face before sighing and giving me an answer, had they rolled their eyes, I would have been out the door. I normally don't go to this location, I just happened to be near the King of Prussia mall that day. I most likely will not return here, I'll stick with the Ardmore location where they actually WANT my business.

Great place for morning meetings. Their coffee is great. I am a repeat buyer of the chilled berry almond oatmeal. Awesome! Free wifi and nice business atmosphere if you need a place for or in between meetings.

The Corner Bakery Cafe is a cookie-cutter restaurant chain which serves Italian-esque cuisine. It's popular and usually crowded during lunch. They have free wifi and I've noticed folks there with their laptops. This location shares the same building as Maggiano's, as well as their high prices. For me, their menu isn't terribly appetizing. Prices aside, it's hard to stomach their lackluster salads (dare you to try their Caesar), weak sauce soups and their paltry pasta offerings - you can get a penne pasta without meat for $7. I've been here about six times in the last year and have been generally disappointed... It's not all hopeless though, I don't mind their tomato mozzarella ($6) sandwich, which comes with chips and a pickle - it was pretty good.

Corner Bakery Cafe is easy and not in a sleazy way. It's certainly not glamorous with its plastic checker-board tablecloths but it might be handy if you have little guys in tow. Speak of which, they had high chairs available and we decided to eat in the backroom. It was a little quieter and removed from others more importantly, we didn't bother other diners. It's a fusion between cafeteria and sit down and eat styles of restaurant. You order at the counter, receive a number and are served. Anyway, I had a wonderful tomato, arugula, mozzarella sandwich. Normally, when there's a hefty sandwich and chips, I don't finish them but it was too good to stop! The snickerdoodle cookie was a disappointment. It was too dry around the edges. *They have free WiFi, which is perfect for the hardcore yelper wanting to post a tip or a check-in!

Place is clean and service is always fast and friendly. I always get the tuna on rye, its the best. I love this place, highly reccommend.

I think the Corner Bakery has good basic sandwiches. The parking can be a nightmare with Maggiano's customers taking up all the spots. But, there is one thing that Corner Bakery does great and it's... their chocolate m&m cookie. Seriously, it's a great cookie. It's got crunch on the outside, a chewy inside, and enough chocolate to satisfy your craving. It's the kind of cookie that you're surprised is so good with every bite. Until you've eaten your last bite and you're a bit sad.

Corner Bakery is sandwich shop / bakery chain. We have visited this location many times, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have also used them more than once for catering (sandwiches and sides). We are very satisfied. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food selection is similar to what one would find at Panera or Bear Rock Cafe: sandwiches, salads, soup, etc. Prices are reasonable. The dining room offers tables and booths. This location has a small side-room with two exterior walls with windows. This is not "outdoor" seating, but it is close.

Today I went into this location around 5 pm and it was completely empty. The young girls that were working did not greet me and the girl who took my order was so snotty that I left without completing the order. This was my first time here and I had a horrible experience. I will not return.

*****Original review after first experience************ Love it! I had never heard of this place before, and I guess that's a good thing since I would have gained 100lbs by now! I ordered a late breakfast (for lunch) and they still serve it (which is bonus points). I ordered their new menu item baked french toast with scrambled eggs and bacon for only 6.99!! Every ounce of it was d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s. Bacon was perfect, eggs were perfect, and French toast was overwhelmingly perfect I couldn't finish it :( *******A month later*************** I was in the area for business and it became my ritual to go to Corner Bakery for breakfast and dinner! I tried almost everything on the menu and everything (in my view) was fantastic. I recently learned one opened up in Austin ...and I was so ecstatic that I went there the day before opening!! I was so sad I couldn't have my Anaheim scrambler :o(

I am a huge fan of all "sandwich cafes" (Panera, Cosi, etc.) but Corner Bakery Cafe definitely takes the cake. I can't get enough of their broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. I order it every time I go! The soup is rich and creamy and the sourdough bread bowl is the perfect complement. I get random cravings for it, especially on cold or rainy days. The salads and sandwiches are pretty good, too. I usually get the Harvest Chicken salad. I also love their desserts - peanut butter whoopie pie, yes please....they are almost as good as the ones the Amish make (and I grew up in Lancaster County, so I know what I'm talking about). I give extra kudos to the KOP location. We ate there last Sunday, later in the day as it was getting close to closing time, and there were only two tables in the restaurant. The girl at the counter came around and gave each table a free bag of muffins! I guess they were going to throw them out otherwise, but it was a really nice surprise gesture and made the dining experience there that much sweeter.

Great soups and salads. I had the turkey cobb sandwich and a cup of roasted tomato soup....both were tasty. My mate got the ham & Swiss on sourdough and brocolli cheese soup....also tasty!

This swanky cafe was filled with light jazz music and patrons donning blazers and ties. I dropped in for breakfast before an interview and ordered the Anaheim panini alongside a medium late. The panini cost me $5 and tasted like Jesus. The late was nothing special and costs nearly as much as the Jesus panini.

A little bit of attitude the day I was there. My lemon square was good though.

I've been to both the King of Prussia and Ardmore Suburban Square locations and nothing really distinguished either one for me, though I have to say I really liked the half-moon ravioli, even though it was drowned in tomato sauce. Careful though, or you might splash yourself!

Overpriced but hey their in the KOP Mall and everything is higher at least the service is pleasant. I enjoy the DC Chicken and tomato soup. I've been there a few times.
